5—Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax where applicable, delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.
DUTIES & TAXES
6—Customers are responsible for payment of duties, fees and import taxes on International and Canadian orders upon delivery.
7—BENJAMIN EDGAR, An Object Company is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
8—All items must be returned in their original packaging, unblemished, and unworn. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
9—Shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging items are not covered.
10—You have 10 days after receiving your package to request a return.
11—All objects noted as FINAL SALE are not available for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
12—A $10 USD fee will be applied to all returns.
13—Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
14—All international orders are final sale.
15—Exceptions... If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please send us a note as soon as possible should there be an error with your order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
16—After a package is shipped we are unable to make changes to its delivery address.
17—We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
18—Though most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours, please allow 5-6 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.
